The 22kW model is designed for bearings and components up to approximately 100kg. For heavier components (100–700kg), consider the 33kW or 44kW models, or the EHML-25/40 bearing heater series.
Yes. The VIVID MF Quick-Heater design supports both fixed and flexible inductors, allowing it to heat components of irregular shapes — not limited to cylindrical geometry.
Induction heating typically heats a bearing to the required mounting temperature in 30–90 seconds versus 15–30 minutes for oil baths. It is also cleaner, safer, and more controlled.
Automatic demagnetization is included in our bearing induction heater series (EHS/EHSU). For the MF Quick-Heater range (22kW/33kW/44kW), demagnetization is application-dependent. Contact us for specification details for your use case.
