VIVID Induction Heater model EHML-25/40 has heavy capacity to heat the components. It has controls similar to EHS16, which are intelligent microcontroller based electronic control. It weights about 300Kg. It can heat a bearing of 700 kg to temperature as per requirement in customized time.

Model EHML-25/40 is provided with manual or automated Roll-sliding Arrangement for the standard yoke 105 x 105 x 590 mm. The Roll-Sliding Arrangement is so designed that the yoke gets lifted mechanically or automatically rolls off from the vertical supports without rubbing or damaging and scraping mating surfaces. This arrangement provides additional safety, ease of operation and helps to improve productivity.
