INDUCTION HEATER – EHML: 25/40

Model: 25/40(25 / 40 KVA)
VIVID Induction Heater model EHML-25/40 has heavy capacity to heat the components. It has controls similar to EHS16, which are intelligent microcontroller based electronic control. It weights about 300Kg. It can heat a bearing of 700 kg to temperature as per requirement in customized time.

Model EHML-25/40 is provided with manual or automated Roll-sliding Arrangement for the standard yoke 105 x 105 x 590 mm. The Roll-Sliding Arrangement is so designed that the yoke gets lifted mechanically or automatically rolls off from the vertical supports without rubbing or damaging and scraping mating surfaces. This arrangement provides additional safety, ease of operation and helps to improve productivity.

Beyond the higher power rating, it's built around a larger yoke (105 x 105 x 590 mm vs. 80 x 80 x 490 mm on the EHS series), because components at this weight class need a physically larger heating window, not just more power.

It heats to temperature as per requirement in customized time, meaning the cycle is tuned to your specific component rather than running a single fixed preset — important at this scale, where different alloys and part geometries heat differently.

It's not designed as a portable, carry-between-stations unit like the EHS/EHSU:4 — it's meant to be positioned at a fixed station suited to heavy component handling, typically with lifting equipment nearby.
