HEATER – EHS/EHSU:16

VIVID INDUCTION HEATER model EHS/EHSU:16 has heavy capacity to
heat the components. It has controls similar to EHS4, which are intelligent microcontroller based electronic control.
It weighs about 86 kg. It can heat a bearing of 40 kg to 50 kg to a
temperature of 100 °C in 6-7 minutes.
Model EHS/EHSU-16 is provided with a manual or automated
Roll-sliding Arrangement for the standard yoke 80x80x490 mm. The
Roll-Sliding Arrangement is so designed that the yoke gets lifted
mechanically or automatically rolls off from the vertical supports
without rubbing or damaging and scraping mating surfaces. This
arrangement provides additional safety, ease of operation and
helps to improve productivity

The same Roll-Sliding Arrangement principle applies, available in manual or automated form, so heavier yokes are still lifted or rolled away safely rather than manually pried off.

Likely yes — if you're mostly working with small-to-mid bearings, the EHS/EHSU:8 is usually the more cost-effective choice. This model makes more sense once bearing size or volume increases.

If your components are approaching several hundred kilograms, the EHML:25/40 is built for that scale — this model tops out at heavier workshop and mid-industrial bearings, not the largest components in the range.
