How Induction Bearing Heating Works
A three-phase supply is rectified and smoothed, then converted by an inverter into an AC field between 10 and 25 kHz. Delivered through an inductor coil, that field heats the outer layer of the bearing quickly and uniformly. The inner ring expands, slides onto the shaft with no mechanical force, and an automatic demagnetisation step leaves the part ready to run.
